On the left is a plant of Lysimachia atropurpurea,
a species from Greece grown from NARGS seed
and overwintering just fine in my USDA zone 5
garden.  The plant is about 24" (60 cm) tall.

On the right is a newly bought and planted
specimen of Oenothera fremontii 'Lemon Silver',
a large-flowered "Evening Primrose" from Kansas
and Nebraska.
